      An activated carbon filter helps purify the air in the kitchen. It filters out odours from grease and food, neutralising unpleasant smells.

      Grease build-up in the kitchen can be significantly reduced by regularly changing the carbon filter. Your environment becomes healthier and the risk of allergies decreases. Unlike a standard carbon filter, a long-life filter can be cleaned and used repeatedly. This benefits both your wallet and the environment.

      Depending on the use of the extractor hood, the filter should be cleaned four times a year. If this is not done, the carbon particles become saturated and lose their effect. You can simply place the filter in the dishwasher and clean it at the highest temperature. After this, carefully take out the filter. Then dry the filter at room temperature in an upright position.

      Detalles técnicos

      El filtro cerámico está diseñado para optimizar el funcionamiento de la campana en modo recirculación, garantizando una purificación eficiente del aire en la cocina.

      Cuenta con una base de 9 celdas cerámicas con carbón activo, que permite capturar olores y partículas de forma efectiva. Además, es regenerable: puede reactivarse tras una hora en el horno a 200 °C con ventilación, prolongando su rendimiento y vida útil.

      Se recomienda realizar este proceso de regeneración cada 3 a 6 meses, ya que con el uso el filtro puede perder parte de su capacidad de limpieza. Su vida útil promedio es de 3 años, pudiendo extenderse hasta 5 años dependiendo del mantenimiento.

      Su instalación es rápida y sencilla, facilitando el reemplazo del filtro anterior sin complicaciones.
