The advantage of sealed burners is that they can never have flashback and offer the respective injectors under their covers, for easy maintenance. As for the grills, made of pearlitic cast iron, they provide maximum robustness, stability and anti-tilt safety for small pots or jars.

Total safety: absolute protection against accidental shutdowns, which is provided by a heat detection valve. The integrated Thermocouple valve would lead, in the event of a supply outage or fire extinguishment, to interrupt the passage of gas in the absence of a flame, preventing any escape. The ignition is also integrated, which saves us from possible burns and guarantees a quick and effective start-up in just two seconds.
