FUNCTIONS
- Static cooking : to cook any type of dish on a single shelf. It is preferable to use the second level.
- Ventilated cooking : for cooking desserts with liquid filling on a single rack. This feature can also be used for two-rack cooking. Invert the position of the food to obtain more homogeneous cooking.
- Ventilated cooking : to cook different foods that require the same cooking temperature on several shelves at the same time. This function allows you to cook without transmitting odors from one food to another.
